All the door supervisors are insured and fully licensed in accordance with SIA guidelines and the law. Staff are trained in relevant areas of the law, searching procedures, drugs awareness, equal opportunities and conflict management among other roles and responsibilities as professional door supervisors (see SIA Training courses). In addition to obtatining the necessary qualifications, staff are selected with regards to their personality, appearance and communication skills in order to maintain a friendly but efficient service. By individually assigning supervisors to suit the requirements of the client, venue and the law, Top Team can guarantee the best possible security set up in each case.

Event Security can be arranged for one-off/special events including; Sporting events, Dance events, Live-performances, Festivals, Exhibitions etc. A team of door supervisors which are experienced in these kinds of events can be drafted in to provide a safer environment for the show to take place. Additional services can be provided on request to meet safety regulations and the demands of the organiser such as; Access controls, Searches, Crowd control, Car park patrols and Escorts (See also Close protection). Security for these kinds of events must be arranged at least four weeks prior to the show in order to guarantee the best possible set up on the night.
